DENPL - Náhrada přístroje pro vysoce citlivou detekci NPL GSA-12

  • Project results evaluation

The result of the project is a study of the possibility of detector construction, which will ensure highly sensitive detection of cholinesterase inhibiting substances. Within the framework of the DENPL project, various variants of the ChE detection system (AChE and BChE variants) / indicator were tested. These variants were subsequently verified using two detection systems. The results achieved confirmed the proposed procedures and principles chosen for their own work. In addition to the detection parameters achieved, it has been shown that it is possible to construct this detector to allow automatic operation with minimal operator effort and to allow such a detector to be connected to an automated chemical exploration and observation system.
