Project results evaluation
The outcome of the project is an analytical study delivered to the Czech Ministry of Defence and the General Staff of the Armed Forces for further addressing issues related to the planning of national defence and optimising the position and role of the Czech Joint Defence Staff within the command and control system—both during the national defence planning process and in states of crisis. The results of the project make it possible to assess the current state of play in the national defence planning process and its potential applicability while identifying the need for optimisation—particularly with regard to administrative, organisational, and personnel requirements in achieving core responsibilities while providing the planning process of national defence and crisis management. The analysis is intended to support the subsequent update of the Concept of Development of the Armed Forces and to optimise the Concept of Command and Control System of the Armed Forces.
