Transmembrßnovř glykoprotein gp41 a korovř protein p25 lentiviru ovcÝ Maedi-Visna jsou d¨le×itřmi strukturami viru, proti kterřm je namÝ°ena specifickß protilßtkovß odpový´ infikovanÚho hostitele. Geny kˇdujÝcÝ tyto dvý virovÚ struktury byly klonovßny doplazmidovÚho vektoru pET15b. RekombinantnÝ proteiny (MVgp41 a MVp25) byly exprimovßny v bakterißlnÝch bu˛kßch E. coli a purifikovßny na afinitnÝ koloný jako solubilnÝ protein(MVp25) a v denaturujÝcÝch podmÝnkßch (MVgp41). Oba proteiny byly pou×ity jakoantigeny v imunoblotu a byly testovßny na souboru 98 ovŔÝch sÚr. ZÝskanÚ vřsledky byly porovnßny s vřsledky dosa×enřmi komerŔný dostupnřm imunodifuznÝm testem. Dosa×enÚ vřsledky prokßzaly, ×e transmembrßnovř glykoprotein je d¨le×itřm imunologickřm markerem infekce virem Maedi-Visna a jeho pou×itÝ m¨×e vřrazný zp°esnit diagnostiku onemocnýnÝ.
