Vypracován semisyntetický postup výroby taxolu (využitelný i pro přípravu analog) a biotechnologický postup přípravy taxolu a jeho analog pomocí tkáňových kultur Taxus baccata, navržena a připravena nová analoga taxolu. Postup přípravy byl patentován.
