Nové metody selekce a tvorba perspektivních genotypů třešní

Cílem projektu je vypracovat rychlejší a účinnější metody selekce genotypů třešní z hlediska cílových ideotypů. Předpokládáse, že nové postupy s využitím molekulárních markerů a embryokultury urychlí proces selekce třešní. Výzkum bude zaměřen na přípravumarkerů, jejich výběr pro selekci, předběžný screening nových genotypů ve vybraných znacích. Pro získání četnější základny hybridního materiálu , především ve skupině raně zrajících odrůd , bude využita metoda embryokultury. Jedním z výstupů bude vypracování metodiky embryokultury a vypracování postupů rané selekce u třešní.
