Cílem projektu je vytvoření perspektivních výchozích materiálů ve formě izogenních linií pro šlechtění bramboru na vyšší stupeň horizontální rezistence vůči plísni bramborové. Genetická stabilizace bude prováděna běžnými šlechtitelskými postupy a převedením na haploidní úroveň s následnou poplyploidizací zpět na tetraploidní úroveň.
