Projekt řeší komplex reprodukčních biotechnologií u prasete. Biotechnologie, jež jsou součástí projektu,jsou soustředěny na samičí část populace. Součástí projektu jsou kultivační systémy pro prasečí oocyty, oplození prasečích oocytů v podmínkách in vitro, kultivace prasečích embryí, jejich mražení vitrifikační metodou a jejich nechirurgický přenos. Cílem projektu je zdokonalení stávajících reprodukčních biotechnologií, jež mají u prasete obecně nízkou úspěšnost.
