Research and innovation of diagnostic procedures for economically significant, controlled and quarantine plant pathogenic organisms for the certification program of fruit trees with emphasis on molecular methods
Project goals
Molecular and immunochemical assays for the detection and determination of fruit trees viroids, viruses, phytoplasmas, fungi and nematodes will be developed and innovated. Futhermore, appropriate woody indicators for the indexing of selected viruses andphytoplasmas will be chosen and recommended for the certification program of fruit trees in the Czech Republic.
