Utilization of Jerusalem artichoke in the agrarian sector
Project goals
The project will solve new ways of alternative utilization of Jerusalem artichoke as a feeding raw staff for livestock and animals kept in captivity and utilization within the soil-conservation technologies. Unpretentiousness for growing, a possibility of several-year growing and low energetic inputs rank Jerusalem artichoke among the crops suitable for support of their applicability and to contribute to enlargement of organism biodiversity in agrarian sector.
