Diagnostics of pesticide resistance of pests of oilseed rape and grain
Project goals
The aim of the project is to evaluate the resistance of pests of oilseed rape and stored grain to pesticides by means of bioassay, molecular and biochemical methods minimize the risks of development of resistance and reduce the usage of synthetic pesticides. Knowledge about the mechanisms of resistance of pollen beetle (Meligethes aeneus) to insecticides will be obtained with help of combination of molecular and biochemical methods. The resistance of cheese mite (Tyrophagus putrescentiae) will be induced by application of sublethal doses of pesticides into seed rape in laboratory conditions. Data about the dynamics of residual effect of insecticides on the pests of oilseed rape in spring time will be acquired. The incidence of residues of pesticides instored seeds of rape and grain will be analysed. Combinations of active substances of pesticides will be recommended for control of populations of pests of oilseed rape and stored grain resistant to pesticides.

Metody diagnostiky rezistence škůdců řepky olejné a obilovin k zoocidům
Annotation in Czech
Vyhodnotit rezistenci škůdců k zoocidům při pěstování řepky a při skladování semen řepky a obilovin pomocí biologických, molekulárních a biochemických metod, minimalizovat rizika selekce rezistence a omezit spotřebu syntetických pesticidů.
