The goal of the project is to develop new biotechnological approaches for nepovirus GFLV (Grapevine Fanleaf Virus) resitance creation in grapevine rootstock cultivars. During the project solving will be developed and applicated some methods for genetic transfomation of grapevine rootstocks by means of sequences derived from virus genes.
