Linseed for dual utilization.
Project goals
Project will solve questions of linseed. Criteria and technical-economic premises for acquirement of expected effects of dual utilization of linseed variety of domestic and foreign (European and out-continental) provenance will be determined. Utilizationof linseed dual parts, thus not only for the oil obtained from seed for food purposes, but as well as for fibre and shive from stem, will improve an economic situation of growers with impact on expansion of grower area. Dual utilization of linseed has agreat chance, because the stem of the linseed has lower costs than the flax which is harvested by classical technology. The factor of decline of flax growing in the Czech Republic and in foreign countries may be partially substituted for growing of linseed for fibre.

Project results evaluation
The project team managed to obtain a number of results applicable in agricultural practice. In the context of the subsequent result application the project team must also focus on particular implications (recommendations) both to agricultural entrepreneurs and to potential policy-makers (arguments in public interest, why to potentially support oil flax growing etc.).
