Project name in Czech
Využití biotechnologických metod pro zefektivnění testování rezistence jádrovin vůči patogenu bakteriální spály růžovitých (bakterie Erwinia amylovora)
Annotation in Czech
Zefektivnit metodiku hodnocení stupně rezistence proti bakteriální spále růžovitých využitím biotechnologických metod. Otestovat odrůdy jabloně a hrušně na rezistenci vůči bakterii Erwinia amylovora in vitro a in vivo. Nově získané poznatky využít pro další výzkum interakcí odrůd jádrovin a bakterie Erwinia amylovora. Dosažené výsledky ověřit ve formě poloprovozní výsadby u uživatele-člena řešitelského týmu. Bakteriální spále růžovitých odolné odrůdy budou doporučeny pěstitelům jádrovin a školkařům.
