    The results of project investigation brought new important findings. New natural substances were described, the addition of which in culture media shall enhance the efficiency of the systems of cultivation of porcine oocytes for the purposes of reproductive biotechnologies and enable to compensate for negative impacts of ED on mammalian oocyte maturation. Substances for the use in porcine oocytes in in vitro culture systems were proposed and tested. A system for in vitro fertilisation and subsequent production of cattle embryos with the use of sexed sperm was developed and the use of long-term preserved boar semen for insemination of sows was tested.
