Project name in Czech
Aplikace biomanipulací s využitím "top-down" efektu s cílem omezit negativní dopady zemědělství na eutrofizaci vodárenských nádrží
Annotation in Czech
Cílem řešení projektu je pomocí pryktického otestování vytvořit podklady pro optimální system biomanipulace na vybraných vodních nádržích různého typu vedoucí k zásadnímu zlepšení kvality vody za definovaných podmínek a poskytnout i zobecnění získaných poznatků.

Project results evaluation
The investigated project in a very short period of investigation managed to produce a surprisingly high number of important outputs for practice - especially the monitoring of fry by the application of fish staining with alizarin red, the effects of which were first tested and later used in harmless concentrations in the monitored fry of predatory fish species. Remarkable is also the methodology for field indication of fluorescence of ossified fins used by the authors. (Under this topic a utility model and a verified technology were created). In the course of investigation, a change occurred due to the morbidity in asp fry which was replaced by pike. The limited duration of project made it impossible to fully present the verification of all the impacts of introduction of fry, the authors refer to the continuation even after the completion of the project.
