    Dvoustupňová úprava kapalné frakce fermentačního zbytku umožňující racionální využití živin a vody

    Cílem projektu je vyvinout do konce roku 2021 speciální pokročilou technologii pro zpracování kapalné frakce fermentačního zbytku produkovaného v bioplynových stanicích (tzv. fugátu). Tato technologie bude spočívat ve vysokorychlostní nitrifikaci fugátu a následném tepelném zahuštění nitrifikovaného fugátu využívajícím odpadní teplo z kogeneračních jednotek, přičemž povede k racionálnějšímu využití živin i vody obsažené ve fugátu. Díky snížení pH a produkci nitrátového dusíku při nitrifikaci bude dosaženo snížení ztrát dusíku až o 90 %. Minimalizován bude také negativní vliv manipulace s fermentačním zbytkem na stav životního prostředí. Všechny živiny obsažené ve fugátu budou zakoncentrovány do finálního produktu majícího charakter komplexního kapalného hnojiva.

    All the partial objectives set for the project and all the overall results were fulfilled during the last year of research. An overall assessment was made of the results, which included a utility model, certified methodology, proven technology and a working model. Two utility models were registered. The certification of the methodology was completed, as was work on the results for the "proven technology" and the "working model". The results of the project were presented in the proceedings of an appropriately themed professional conference and also served as the basis for two articles in specialised journals. The professional community and the general public were kept informed via the website, which was continuously updated. 4 final theses focused on the project topic were defended.
