Utilization of genomic and transcriptomic approaches to create genetic resources and breeding materials of poppy with specific traits

Project goals

Introduction of modern analytical, genomic, transcriptomic and proteomic methods and techniques into poppy breeding and to create initial genetic resources, breeding materials with specific quality parameters and stress tolerance suitable for poppy production with low content of alkaloids.
