Cílem projektu je do roku 2023 1. Zjistit možnosti pěstování a průmyslového využití vybraných netradičních léčivých druhů rostlin jako potenciálních minoritních plodin v podmínkách ČR. 2. Vyvinout nové technologie pěstování vybraných druhů rostlin, díky kterým bude možné zvýšit obsah zdravotně prospěšných sekundárních metabolitů. 3. Vyvinout nové postupy výroby potravin s možnými preventivními účinky na podporu zdraví populace.

Project results evaluation
Excellent results were achieved in the project, with all the planned and also additional results accomplished. Since utility models and verified technologies are also included among the results, firm foundations were laid down for transferring the results into practice. Thanks to the practical applicability of the results and outputs achieved, a number of entrepreneurs or herb growers expressed their interest in the results which will be made accessible to them.
