Vyzkoumat postupy klíčení semen brokolice a zpracování klíčků brokolice a bílé ředkve tak, aby došlo k vytvoření co nejvyšší hladiny obsahu sulforafanu ve výsledném produktu. Vliv sušení, vliv zpracování po sušení – kritériem všech úprav co nejvyšší obsah sulforafanu. Otestovat efekt potravin s vysokým obsahem sulforafanu u dětí s poruchou autistického spektra v klinické dvojitě zaslepené studii s placebem.

Project results evaluation
The project was implemented in 2019-2022 according to the approved plan, with occasional slight delays due to the Covid pandemic. A total of 8 outputs were planned in the following breakdown: 2xZtech, 2xGfunk, 2xFuzit, 1xJost, 1xJimp. However, a total of 16 outputs were produced during the project period; unplanned outputs beyond the contract include: 1xGfunk, 2xJimp, 1xFuzit, 4xVsouhrn. All within the logic and in line with the project objectives. The high proportion of applied results is positive. Implementation of the results was already underway during the project. The outputs include 4 detailed research reports: Procedure for verification of heat treatment of broccoli and radish sprouts to release sulforaphane (12/330/2021), Procedure for preparation of additional doses for children undergoing a clinical trial (14/330/2021), Preparation of sulforaphane-enriched foods (19/330/2021), and Clinical study of autistic children - Research report (21/330/2021).
