    Využití embryogenních systémů in vitro pro zvýšení efektivnosti šlechtitelských metod u brukvovitých rostlin

    Předmětem řešení je urychlit a zefektivnit proces tvorby výchozích materiálů pro šlechtění hybridů ozimé řepky a květáku integrací systému diploidů, odvozených pylovou embryogenezí in vitro z mikrosporových kultur. Bude optimalizována metoda mikrosporových kultur a technika kryoprezervace mikrospor nebo pylových embryí. Budou využity genetické zdroje autosterility, a to autoinkompatibility (AI), u řepky a květáku AI a CMS. Při použití metody dihaploidů se předpokládá dosažení rychlé homozygotnosti a stabilizace AI a CMS I přenosu účinných mechanismů autosterility do samosprašných genotypů. XXX
