Annotation in Czech
Hlavním cílem předkládaného projektu je vybrat nejvhodnější způsob získávání kmenových buněk určených pro léčbu míšních lézí. Dalším cílem projektu je: 1. ověřit dynamiku multipotentních vlastností kmenových buněk v rámci diferenciačních kultivací, 2. srovnat klinické obrazy pacientů s in vitro analýzou jejich kmenových buněk, 3. vytvořit výrobní protokoly pro validaci klinické aplikace nového produktu dle platné legislativy.
