Znalostní řízení biotechnologické výroby antibiotika nystatin
Annotation in Czech
Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení produkce antibiotika nystatin v důsledku snížení variability výtěžků jednotlivých šarží fermentační části výroby. Prostředkem pro dosažení tohoto cíle je návrh znalostního řízení fermentačních procesů jako nadřazené řídicí úrovně nad klasickým stávajícím řídicím systémem. V návaznosti na analýzu procesu budou vytvořeny jeho matematické a fyziologické modely, na jejichž základě bude navržena konkrétní strategie znalostního řízení, která přinese úspory na straně energií a vstupních surovin a zvýší výtěžnost fermentačního procesu. Navržené řešení bude aplikováno na výrobu antibiotika nystatinu, přičemž bude snadno přenositelné i na výrobu dalších antibiotik produkovaných rodem Streptomyces. Díky zvýšení výroby dojde k uspokojení rostoucí poptávky trhu po nystatinu.
