Pokročilé technologie realizace nových systémů pro hodnocení kohezně-adhezních vlastností a mechanických parametrů tenkovrstvých funkčních struktur a povrchů, systémů pro charakterizaci vybraných technologických procesů opracování speciálních povrchů a modifikace materiálů. Systémy se zakládají na generaci akustické emise (AE) při scratch-testech (vrypových zkouškách), laserové excitaci povrchových akustických vln a také při různých typech současných pokročilých technologií laserové modifikace materiálů, přípravy speciálních optických povrchů s drsností v nm oblasti, apod. Tvorba a užití uceleného souboru odpovídajících měřících a vyhodnocovacích metod akustické emise s doposud nerealizovanými parametry.

The Opposition Panel agreed that the assignment was not fulfilled due to failure to achieve all the declared results, however, the Contract was respected. The Opposition Panel stated that the results were achieved only in substance, not in accordance with the valid Methodology of evaluation of results of research organizations and evaluation of results of completed programs. It is a prerequisite to achieve all declared results.
