Annotation in Czech
Hlavním cílem projektu je získat výzkumem a vývojem kombinované vakcíny účinný prostředek proti infekčnímu onemocnění drůbeže způsobeném bakteriálním patogenem Salmonela a protozoálním patogenem Eimeria tenella. Vedlejším cílem je ověřit imunogenní potenciál jednotlivých antigenů E. tenella a oslabených kmenů Salmonel. Získaní nových poznatků o funkčnosti kombinovaných systémů pro přenos rekombinantních genů a proteinů do buněk hostitele, které by měly vliv na rozvoj nových vakcinačních přístupů jak veveterinární tak v humánní medicíně je dalším podstatným výstupem.
