Project results evaluation
The Opposition Panel (OK only): the assignment was not fulfilled due to the failure to meet all the declared results, but the Contract was respected. After submitting the documents declaring the achievement of the result P until 31.12.2017,OK proposes to the TACR Presidency to conclude the project as a Successor according to the assignment.In the event of non-submission,the OK proposes a position not fulfilled,but the contract was observed. If the deadline is not observed, a suspicion of a breach of the budgetary discipline due to a breach of the General Conditions will be passed to the Financial Office,as the Provider has not been informed in writing of the failure to reach the result within the deadline specified in the Binding Parameters. This will be subject to a contractual fine. Beneficiaries are required to submit to the Provider, by 14.11.2016 patent applications-European and Czech.Pass data to RIV.It was solved at an excellent level and it fulfilled the scientific objectives.
