Hlavní cíle projektu jsou: 1) Využití nových syntetických cytokininových derivátů pro rostlinné biotechnologie - aplikace u rekalcitrantních plodin kmínu, lnu a hrachu. 2) Zvýšená responsivita a regenerační potenciál v prašníkových / mikrosporových kulturách kmínu, lnu a hrachu aplikací derivátů cytokininů, včetně produkce haploidních a dihaploidních regenerantů. 3) Nový šlechtitelský materiál - geneticky stabilizované a fenotypově charakterizované dihaploidní linie kmínu, lnu a hrachu s vysokým potenciálem finalizace v podobě kvalitativně nových odrůd předmětných plodin.
