Hodnocení bezpečnosti silničního provozu s využitím nepřímých ukazatelů a v návaznosti na vybrané dopravně bezpečnostní akce

Annotation in Czech

Hlavním cílem projektu je zvýšení bezpečnosti silničního provozu a snížení počtu a závažnosti dopravních nehod (a snížení celospolečenských ztrát). Dalším cílem projektu je vyhodnocení vlivu policejního dozoru na bezpečnosti dopravy v ČR v návaznosti naNárodní strategii bezpečnosti silničního provozu na pozemních komunikacích 2011 - 2020 (NSBSP) na základě nepřímých ukazatelů bezpečnosti (NUB) a plánované akce PČR. Výsledky projektu budou základním podkladem pro plnění a každoroční vyhodnocování NSBSPa Resortního akčního plánu bezpečnosti a plynulosti silničního provozu (RAP). Naplnění cíle projektu bude dosaženo prostřednictvím zacíleného sběru dat o NUB účastníků silničního provozu s ohledem na efektivní vynakládání finančních prostředků a jejich dopadu na akce a opatření PČR.

Project results evaluation

The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report forthwith the required and achieved results to the RIV. The number and type of results reported in IS VAVAI will correspond with the number and type of results required and achieved. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie results not listed in the enumeration of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Furthermore, the Deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. The Commission, when formulating its recommendation, was based on an opponent's opinion and the opinions of the expert's representative. The resort is ready to take over the project results. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
