Project goals
Development and establishment the regulatory framework of standard mobile lights for ensuring airport operations under VFR night condition with LED based lights, including • development of mobile lights in accordance with the requirements of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) in a variety of lights (runway - threshold, - end, - side, taxiway and approach), medium light intensity • analysis and operational testing in air traffic at the airport Prerov with the cooperation of the airport operator, service provider RADIO also with regard to weather conditions • providing feedback from crews (state) Aircraft (CAA, AD Police, IRS, HEMS, MoD) • developing a methodology for regulating the deployment, inspection, and determining the applicability of mobile lights a maintenance plan for defining the of airports, heliports or areas IRS.

Vývoj a vytvoření regulačního rámce standardu mobilních návěstidel pro zajištění provozu letišť v režimu VFR noc na bázi LED návěstidel, zahrnující: • vývoj mobilních návěstidel v souladu s požadavky Mezinárodní organizace pro civilní letectví (ICAO) v celé škále návěstidel (dráhová - prahová, - koncová,- postranní; pojezdová a přibližovací) střední svítivosti • analýza a provozní testování v reálném leteckém provozu na letišti Přerov za součinnosti provozovatele letiště, poskytovatele služby RADIO i s ohledem na povětrnostní vlivy • zajištění zpětné vazby od posádek (státních) letadel (ÚCL, LS PČR, IZS, HEMS, MO) • vytvoření metodiky pro regulaci nasazení, kontrolu, použitelnosti a stanovení plánu údržby mobilních návěstidel pro vymezení letišť, heliportů nebo ploch IZS.

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report forthwith the required and achieved RIV results. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the provider (ie results not included in the list of results in the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Further implementation of the project results will be in line with the implementation plan. The deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. The MD / CAA has already taken over the project results. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
