Analýza dopadů rušení úřadů na socioekonomický vývoj v daných lokalitách

Zmapovat situaci v místech (obcích), kde v minulosti již došlo ke zrušení určitých typů úřadů nebo k přesunu obecních kompetencí, jakož i v místech, kde se o zrušení některých typů úřadů uvažuje, zjistit vliv těchto změn na eventuální odliv či příliv obyvatel, na jejich kulturní a sociální život i celkový dopad na socioekonomický život obyvatel v lokalitě a jeho změny apod. Uchazeč musí v Návrhu řešení jasně specifikovat, jak chce jednotlivých cílů dosáhnout – jakými konkrétními činnostmi (které uvede do harmonogramu činností) a prostřednictvím jakých odborně kvalifikovaných osob (řešitelů) ve výzkumném týmu.

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report the required and achieved results to RIV as soon as technically possible. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie results not listed in the Outline of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Furthermore, the deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. In formulating its recommendations, the Commission relied on the opponent's opinions and the opinion of the representative of the expert. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
