Analýza bariér podnikatelského prostředí v oblasti vyššího využívání druhotných surovin v ČR a návrh řešení vedoucích k jejich odstranění nebo zmírnění

Annotation in Czech

Cílem projektu je: zpracování návrhu definice pojmu ?druhotná surovina?, provedení analýzy bariér u vybraného vzorku podniků (oborově vycházející z respondentů Ročního výkazu o odpadech a druhotných surovinách ČSÚ), kvalitativní a kvantitativní deskripcijednotlivých typů současných bariér, návrh nástrojů k odstranění nebo zmírnění zjištěných bariér, návrhy jejich konkrétní implementace do příslušných právních předpisů, včetně zpracování ekonomických a surovinových dopadů navržených změn. Součástí řešení bude zpracování modelových příkladů, s využitím navržených nástrojů pro vyšší využívání druhotných surovin, pro vybrané, hospodářsky významné komodity druhotných surovin.

Project results evaluation

In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result.Any unsolicited results by the Provider can not be applied in IS VAVAI. The Deputy of the Ministry was informed about the submission of the Report on the implementation of the results during the next 3 years after the end of the project.The Commission, when formulating its recommendation, relied on the opponent's opinions and the opinions of the representative of the expert.The resort is ready to take over the project results.The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project once the investigator has fulfilled the established conditions.The result was achieved in the form of O.Resort takes the result in this form and then implements it in the form of H.The Commission requires the investigator to reconcile the number of achieved and reported results to IS.After implementation of the result to the form H the investigator will repair it in ISVAV.
