Analýza modelů fungování rozvojových agentur v partnerských zemích
Annotation in Czech
Cílem projektu je: - Získání aktuálních poznatků o modelech fungování vybraných rozvojových agentur v dárcovských zemích srovnatelného zaměření s ČR. - Získání analytického podkladu pro možné uspořádání zamýšlených kanceláří ČRA v prioritních zemích ZRSČR (včetně možností registrace a mezinárodně-právního statusu, nastavení rozsahu pravomocí mezi ústředím a kancelářemi, optimalizace lidských zdrojů). - Celkové zefektivnění realizace ZRS ČR v souladu s mezinárodní praxí (decentralizace poskytování ZRS,harmonizace procedur, dělba práce s ostatními dárci, předvídatelnost a transparentnost ZRS).

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report the required and achieved RIV results as soon as technically possible. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie results not listed in the enumeration of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Furthermore, the Deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. In formulating its recommendations, the Commission relied on the opponent's opinions and the opinion of the representative of the expert. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ready to take over the results of the project. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
