Cílem projektu je: (1) Analyzovat možnosti, jaké státům V4 nabízí integrace trhů se zemním plynem, a to v následujících rovinách: bezpečnost dodávek, cenová konvergence a snižování velkoobchodních cen plynu. Dále také určit, čeho se v rámci integrace podařilo dosáhnout, a v čem V4 naopak zaostává. Nakonec také naznačit pravděpodobný další vývoj, na nějž kromě národních vlád budou mít vliv (a) budoucí evropská legislativa a (b) stakeholdeři a zájmové skupiny uvnitř států V4. (2) Analyzovat dosavadní schopnost států V4 hájit společné zájmy a vytvářet zájmové koalice v rámci rozhodovacích struktur EU. (3) on-line zpřístupnění poznatků směřujících k formulaci doporučení pro rozhodování státní správy v oblasti energetické bezpečnosti. Posílení pozice ČR v regionálních uskupeních (V4)

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report the required and achieved results to RIV as soon as technically possible. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie, results not listed in the Outline of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in the VAVAI IS. Furthermore, the deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. In formulating its recommendations, the Commission relied on the opponent's opinions and the opinion of the representative of the expert. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
