Práva LGBT osob v mezinárodním kontextu

Cílem projektu je: Zpracovat analýzu přijímání mezinárodních norem a jejich vliv na formování české zahraniční politiky v oblasti politiky lidských práv leseb, gayů a bisexuálních a transsexuálních osob (LGBT) a identifikovat českou transformační zkušenost v této oblasti; zpracovat analýzu transferu norem a jejich komparace v různých zemích s odlišnými politickými systémy s cílem vytvořit typologii těchto procesů a jejich fungování, s přihlédnutím ke kulturním, náboženským, genderovým, hospodářským a jejich dalším specifikům; zpracovat analýzu vlivu mezinárodních režimů v oblasti LGBT na domácí politiku a formování národních norem a jejich naplňování nejméně ve třech světových regionech/politických systémech; na základě předchozích analýz navrhnout doporučení pro efektivnější působení a komunikaci České republiky jak na mezinárodních fórech, tak i v konkrétních nástrojích bilaterálních vztahů a přispět tak k implementaci nové Koncepce lidských práv a transformační spolupráce, která se LGBT práva explicitně zaměřuje.

Project results evaluation
The Commission draws the attention of the recipient to the obligation to report the required and achieved results to the RIV immediately. In the case of any publications related to this project, it is necessary to have the consent of the owner of the result. Any unsolicited results by the Provider (ie results not listed in the Outline of the Grant Agreement) can not be applied in IS VAVAI. Furthermore, the Deputy of the resort was informed about the submission of the Implementation Report in the next three years after the end of the project, which will take place through IS BETA. The Commission, when formulating its recommendation, relied on opposing opinions (always two assessments for the project evaluated) and the opinions of the representative of the expert. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is ready to take over the results of all the above-mentioned projects. The Commission recommends the administrative closure of the project.
