Cílem je vývoj léčivého přípravku moderní terapie na bázi kultivovaných mesenchymálních kmenových buněk (MSC) z tkáně pupečníku pro léčbu závažných imunitně podmíněných stavů a pro regenerativní medicínu. Do 31. 10. 2019 vytvoříme užitný vzor, funkční vzorek a ověřenou technologii, na základě které bude možné zavést výrobu léčivého přípravku moderní terapie splňujícího požadavky Evropské lékové agentury dle zásad správné výrobní praxe pomocí bioreaktoru, což umožní automatizaci, reprodukovatelnost, škálovatelnost a výrobu v množství dostatečném pro použití u pacientů v rámci klinických hodnocení. Po dobu projektu budou dodávány MSC a jejich produkty (lyzát, médium) partnerovi z Korejské republiky.

The project succeeded according to the assignment. The research that took place is up-to-date and beneficial even in view of the current pandemic situation. The results of the project have the potential to improve the consequences of lung damage not only due to covid-19 disease. The wide range of possible uses can also be evaluated positively. The results of the project are of international importance. Based on the available information, it can be stated that foreign cooperation was taking place. The cooperation was complementary and beneficial for the solution of the project.
