    Diagnostická souprava pro zjištění chemického poškození prostředí založená na buněčných kulturách

    Buňky jakéhokoliv organismu lze rozlišit podle intenzity proliferace, která souvisí v mnohobuněčných organismech s konkrétní ontogenetickou funkcí. Buňky s vysokou proliferací jsou zároveň i velmi citlivými indikátory nepříznivých vlivů, zejména přítomnosti xenobiotik a kontaminantů. Buněčné (tkáňové) kultury jsou eticky akceptovatelnou metodou pro výzkum i další biotechnologické uplatnění. Zužitkovat výše uvedené do formy detekční prostředku pro rychlé varování před vstupem nebezpečné látky do prostředí je hlavním cílem projektu za předpokladu, že řešení bude spolehlivé, jednoduché a opakovatelné.
