Project results evaluation
The documents submitted and the rapporteur's comments on the interim and final report show that the results were only partially met, do not meet the declared quality and do not contain the planned functionalities. The benefits of the project were not fulfilled and the achieved outputs do not qualitatively correspond to the total costs exceeding CZK 5 million. The economic benefits have not been quantified. The real application of the results is limited by the untuned application and the absence of other functionalities that the application should have according to the project design (prediction of excesses of the 1st and 2nd type and graphical display of output information about driving times). Formally, the declared results were achieved, the core of the module for the transport application was created, which was implemented in the CITIDEA control platform.
