Elektrokoagulační jednotka na separaci řasové biomasy

Objasnit souvislosti mezi: (i) povrchovými vlastnostmi cílových mikroorganismů, (hl. Chlorella vulgaris) a jejich chováním v poli stejnosměrného proudu (ii) hustotou elektrického proudu, napětím, koncentrací a druhem rozpuštěných látek v médiu a rychlostí rozpouštění obětované anody (iii) uvolňováním kationtů z anody a flokulací řasové biomasy se záměrem získat potravinářsky vyhovující snadno separovatelné vločky (iv) hydrodynamickými podmínkami a tvorbou a vlastnostmi vloček Na základě získaných poznatků: (i) navrhnout a sestrojit průtočné zařízení na separaci biomasy využívající elektrochemických jevů v laboratorním měřítku (ii) testovat, modelovat a optimalizovat podmínky v zařízení (iii) navrhnout a sestrojit čtvrtprovozní zařízení pro flokulaci a následnou separaci vloček

The project succeeded according to the assignment, all the necessary attachments necessary to ensure that the results were achieved were documented by the beneficiary. At the same time, the researchers proved that the whole team of young researchers gained a lot of valuable experience thanks to the project and its young members are ready to solve other larger and more complex projects, which contributed to the goal of the ZÉTA program.
