Cílem projektu je posílit řetězec stavebnictví ČR v oblasti implementace managementu uhlíkové stopy a zvyšování energetické účinnosti se zaměřením na přechod k nízkouhlíkovému hospodářství. Hlavním nástrojem k tomu je systematické slaďování postupu aktérů v souladu s právními předpisy přijímanými v kontextu klimatických závazků na úrovni EU a ČR s využitím rozvíjející se mezinárodní dobré praxe, používaných taxonomií, standardů, norem a metodologií. Globální cíl projektu bude mít zásadní dopad na (1) zvyšování energetické účinnosti, bezpečnosti a odolnosti stavebnictví jako sektoru klíčového pro realizaci klimatických opatření, tj. i mezinárodních závazků ČR, (2) zachování funkčnosti, zvyšování konkurenceschopnosti a výkonnosti sektoru a (3) rychlost a kvalitu připravovaných projektů.

Project results evaluation
The project met its objectives and delivered the planned outputs in accordance with the assignment. It contributed to the systematization of the topic of ESG and carbon management in the construction industry in the Czech Republic and created a basic methodological framework for further development. Its key contribution is the creation of a practically applicable Methodology for Carbon Management and Increasing Energy Efficiency in the Construction Industry, the creation of which was based on a robust data base - a detailed comparative study of foreign practice and an extensive questionnaire survey across the market. Thanks to the understandable processing and a set of related educational materials or quality manuals, the Czech construction industry has acquired a comprehensive and up-to-date tool preparing the industry for the new requirements of ESG and decarbonization.
