Sustainable and affordable housing in strategic urban planning
Project goals
Methodological anchoring of housing issues as the next pillar of strategic plans of settlements and smart city concepts alongside existing technological ones. Summarize and describe the key determinants of sustainable and affordable housing. Describe the relationship between available housing and the competitiveness of settlements and regions, their economic and social sustainability and quality of life. Define administrative and technological barriers to the availability of housing Compare the availability of housing in other contexts. Design a methodological framework for implementation in strategic city plans. Assess the potential of new economic instruments for housing support. Make recommendations on financial and administrative tools.

Metodicky ukotvit problematiku bydlení jako jednoho z pilířů strategických plánů sídel i konceptů smart cities vedle stávajících, především technologických. Sumarizovat a popsat klíčové determinanty udržitelného a dostupného bydlení ve 21.st. Popsat relace mezi dostupným bydlením a konkurenceschopností sídel a regionů, jejich ekonomickou a sociální udržitelností a kvalitou života v nich. Definovat administrativní a technologické bariéry dostupnosti bydlení.¨ Porovnat dostupnost bydlení v historickém, ekonomickém, technologickém a environmentálním kontextu. Navrhnout metodický rámec implementace opatření do strategických plánů měst. Vyhodnotit potenciál nových ekonomických nástrojů pro podporu bydlení. Promítnout do doporučení finančních a administrativních nástrojů
