Cílem projektu je výzkum a vývoj technologie skládající se z optické sestavy a procesu založeného na nelineární absorpci pro TGV s využitím vice-svazkového obrábění, Besselovského svazku a KOH chemického leptání. Indikátory dosažení cíle projektu je simultánní vrtání více děr o průměru do 25 mikrometrů ve 100 mikrometrovém skleněném substrátu.

Project results evaluation
The project succeeded according to the specifications, i.e. what was planned in the project proposal was fulfilled. The project fulfilled everything that was expected without reservations and the results have application potential. Partial tasks were solved according to the original assignment and according to the organized division between individual partners. As part of the international cooperation, the final system of process optics was created in 2022 and further incorporated modifications from the partner Philoptics, which was subsequently verified in the laboratories of Hilase and Philoptics. The outputs from the part dedicated to multi-volume machining were subsequently implemented in the KIMM laboratories, which was the finalization of the entire process. Furthermore, the effect on the achieved final TGV technology was observed, which led to the creation of an optomechanical design of an optical assembly for generating a field of Bessel bundles.
