Těžební a metalurgické společnosti potřebují podrobné informace o chemických vlastnostech surovin, protože mají významný vliv na celý proces těžby. Jednoduché, spolehlivé, rychlé a levné chemické analýzy jsou proto v těžebním průmyslu velmi potřebné. Kritické kovy, jako je lithium, nikl, hořčík a hliník, představují v současné době důležitou strategickou surovinu a atraktivní cíl pro tato průmyslová odvětví. C-Trace nabízí rychlou a přesnou analýzu koncentrace těchto kovů v různých typech materiálů.

Project results evaluation
The application of the considered technology in the field for the identification and recognition of mineral types (lithium and other metals) is undoubtedly an interesting concept. However, the development and presentation of the result do not allow the project to be evaluated positively. The opposing committee agreed that the recipient was not able to answer some specific questions asked during the final opposing procedure. The opposing committee does not question the technical potential of the considered idea. The idea could be interesting for practice. Measurement uncertainties are not captured. The C-Trace device, for which the entire feasibility study is designed, does not actually exist, because the recipient does not yet have a final technical solution.

C - Předmět řešení projektu podléhá obchodnímu tajemství (§ 504 Občanského zákoníku), ale název projektu, cíle projektu a u ukončeného nebo zastaveného projektu zhodnocení výsledku řešení projektu (údaje P03, P04, P15, P19, P29, PN8) dodané do CEP, jsou upraveny tak, aby byly zveřejnitelné.
