Project results evaluation
For the realization of the project, a team of UHK and Hradec IT clusters was formed. The output of the project will be an analysis, including a proposal for optimization. The executive board of the cluster defined the objectives of the project - to suggest the realization of the cluster's internal processes. The UHK has conducted a search in order to find out the "best practice" in the field of clustering. The project team analyzed individual cluster sections: organizational structure, work roles, personnel composition, projects, activity identification, main processes, and support processes. Part of the analysis is the diagram showing the cluster section. They also proposed optimal operation, including identifying problem areas that need to be solved. The project had the following objectives: map and analyze individual cluster processes, optimize them - taking into account "best practice", identify areas for improvement. The objectives of the project were fulfilled.
