Project results evaluation
The project was fulfilled the intention and goal. In addition to a concrete result, the Feasibility Study, the project confirmed the benefits of cooperation between universities and commercial companies. We believe that it will continue. The output of the project is the Feasibility study of the development of the internal information system (IIS) of T-MAPY with an emphasis on the project and resource portfolio management system. This Feasibility study has become the basis for T-MAPY's management decision to further develop the ISS. During the Feasibility Study, the following steps have been taken: to create a catalog of IIS requirements, to map and to evaluate the existing solution spol. T-MAPY, proposing criteria for evaluation of available commercial software solutions covering defined requirements, focusing on portfolio management of projects, analysis of available commercial software solutions according to the previous point, proposing options for further development of IIS.
