Snižování bezpečnostních rizik korupce a organizovaného zločinu v ČR

Cílem tohoto projektu je předcházet vážným bezpečnostním rizikům organizovaného zločinu a korupce v České republice, přičemž hlavní důraz je kladen na mechanismy, jejichž prostřednictvím k uvedeným trestným činům dochází. Projekt zpracuje a navrhne legislativní i nelegislativní reformy zaměřené na řešení bezpečnostních rizik, která vyplývají z neprůhlednosti lobbingu u veřejných činitelů a financování politických stran zahraničními subjekty, utajenými osobami a jinými subjekty, jež představují potenciální bezpečnostní riziko.

The project proposed legislative measures that were used in the creation of a draft law on lobbying and amending certain related acts of 2012. Within the project was to create a database on the financing of political parties (www.politickefinance.cz). All results are directly linked to the objectives of the project and incurred during the project. The funds were used effectively.
