Influence of the non-stationary obstacle blocking the receiving antenna on the received signal was examined. It was confirmed based on the measurement that the new 3-D lattice model has enough flexibility to accurately model the temporal as well as spatial-temporal dynamical effects of the tree blocking the receiver.
