Big workshop EDEWG Database Platform was divided into several parts. Separate topics as inkjet database, database of pens, database of inkjet inks, database of printing techniques were presented in each part. The program of the part “Database of pens – optical classification” was: Explanation of optical evaluation of pen inks directly from strokes on paper. Introduction of evaluated features and categories of evaluation. Explanation of database structure and search possibilities. Practical exercise with samples, evaluation and database search.
