Together with regulations of 23 family and advisory documents AMC or AC, there is a lot of other requirements, standards and documents which could be selected like part of certification base. Certification base is a list of regulations and standards, which is defined by airworthiness authority for each individual application for Type Certificate and by this way the number and content of requirements is ?frozen? for certain time of aircraft development . The exception to this rule represents aircraft noise regulations (CS-36, FAR Part36) for which actual version is required. Examples of such standards and documents which can become part of certification base are mentioned in the article.

Czech description

Kromě předpisů řady 23 a poradních dokumentů AMC a AC existují další předpisy, normy a dokumenty, které se mohou stát součástí certifikační základny. Certifikační základna je seznam předpisů a norem, jehož obsah stanovuje dohlédací úřad pro každou podanou žádost o typový certifikát a tímto způsobem se ?zmrazuje? počet i obsah požadavků po určitou dobu vývoje, výjimkou jsou obvykle hlukové předpisy (CS-36, FAR Part36), u kterých je vyžadováno plnění aktuálního znění. Příklady dalších norem nebo dokumentů, které mohou být součástí certifikační základny pro kompozitní konstrukce jsou uvedeny v článku.
