A new wing airfoil section designed for standard-class glider was developed. A new methodology was used for the development of the airfoil: the approach is based on the multicriterial optimization which uses micro-genetic algorithm and an airfoil shape represented by PARSEC functions.

Czech description
Pro kluzáky standardní třídy byl navržen nový profil křídla. Profil byl vyvinut pomocí nové metody. Princip metody spočívá v multikriteriální optimalizaci s využitím mikrogenetického algoritmu a s tvarem profilu optimalizovaným pomocí funkcí PARSEC.
