An Advanced Fatigue Strength Certification Method for Small Aircraft Thin-walled Primary Part
Original language description
The article gives short information about using an advanced fatigue strength certification method which is suitable for application to thin walled primary structural parts of small aircraft. Preparation and implementation procedures for fatigue testing of thin-walled wing structure of KP-5-ASA aircraft are used as a basis to develop a modern certification test methodology since they represent the fatigue life certification case of small aircraft´s primary structure in a model situation that faces most manufacturers during the development phase of this type of airplane.
