Original language description
This contribution describes the results of evaluation of data gathered during studying properties of a physical model of new design of electromagnetic micro accelerometer. In this course the fundamental performance parameters of physical model of electromagnetic induction ?type micro accelerometer have been estimated. The operation of the device is based on the repulsive interaction of magnetic fields of the pair of the exciting coils with the magnetic field of the eddy currents. The eddy currents are induced by the resulting overall changes of the magnetic induction flux over a surface area whose border forms the loop of the eddy current in the material of the proof mass sphere. The following parameters have been estimated: the instrument measurementrange limits as a function of design parameter, a quantitative characteristic of its non-linear static response function, the assessment of achievable accuracy of the instrument, the prospective resolution of the instrument, its noise cha
